Dr. Holloway teaches at the University of Maryland is also the director of UMD's Center of Graduate Automotive Technology Education. Dr. Holloway is member of the Society of Automotive Engineers where he served on the Board of directors and as Board Chair from 1995 through 1996. In 1997, he served as SAE's President.
