Peter Wolk. Mr. Wolk is the founder and Executive Director of the National Center for Nonprofit Law. He has been advising nonprofit organizations on a wide range of operations, governance, and tax issues since 1984. He has counseled, created, and represented scores of national and local nonprofit organizations.
