Ruth Horton is Program Manager for NYSERDA's Energy Efficiency Services Program and oversees an extensive alternative fuel vehicle program for New York State. NYSERDA supports demonstration and deployment of alternative transportation strategies as well as fostering new product development and niche opportunities. Ruth has helped to develop six Clean City organizations in New York State and she and her staff use state and federal resources to help stakeholder fleets meet their alternative fuel vehicle and fueling goals.
