Clean Cities
Coalitions are eligible to become chapters of NCC, Inc. An application
for membership constitutes an admission that the applicant agrees
to support NCC Inc.'s vision, mission, and goals.
There are three
types of application, depending on whether your coalition has already
been granted
tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code, wants to apply under our tax exempt status or does not hold or seek 501 (c) (3) status. Please
fill out the appropriate application!

Who Already Have 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Status

Please
open, print and complete the one-page member
application.* Be sure to sign your application.

Attach
a copy of your IRS Exemption Letter.

Attach a check payable to National Clean Cities, Inc. in the amount of $500.
Write "Member" and the Coalition name in the comments line.

application, IRS letter and check per the instructions
provided below.

it into your coalition's official documents.

to Amend*. Be
sure to sign your Agreement to Amend.
